IN GHANA, OUR GREATEST CHALLENGE AS A NATION IS EVIDENCE GATHERING AND LAW ENFORCEMENT!
Commenting:
It’s unfortunate that both our private & public sectors are not employing the good, skillful, qualified and rightful workers to the right field of work, rather these modern day recruitment processes which are centered on factors such as recruitment allotted to members of one`s political party (Party Members only), recruitment based on “whom you know” syndrome as well as recruitment based on those who paid bribe demanded!!
This trend of ugly recruitment processes has paved way for thousands of too many ‘unqualified’ workers across all our work fields to rather be employed against the most qualified personnel making them rather the  unemployed since they most often do not fit into the above stated ‘ugly’ recruitment criteria.
For one to really know what I`m talking about, just clear your doubts and observe how our workers react to work when the need arises, work field which they claim they are specialists in.
Getting work done has become the greatest challenge and also the only tool that exposes their weaknesses, making it judgeable to all as to whether they are indeed the qualified/rightful people or not.
I draw your attention to this recent disaster which took place 3days ago. Were you opportune to observe our so called qualified professionals at work?
Well factually they were at serious lost on where to even begin their task, despite having all the needed equipment they cried for.
In short it took the intervention of the so-called labeled unqualified passerby individuals to intelligently begin the rescue efforts.
For almost half an hour our so-called qualified professionals were at a serious lost on how to tackle the task ahead of them. Under such circumstances that is where one will get to know that these people who are most often labeled “unqualified” are rather the vulnerable skillful and most qualified unemployed individuals I painted above.
This trend is killing the nation. I always set myself as an example, due to my inability to satisfy bribe takers I`m forced to waste my youthful age at home. When I blog on certain issues most people label me with party coulours. It drives me crazy though but I often don’t care!!
Such ugly trend will go on for decades until we fight and defeat bribery and corruption in our system.
